Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome.

All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing (email acceptable) to the convenor and/or President. (

A full refund, less cancellation fee of $50 will be made on cancellations received before Friday 21st Feb 2020

No refund will be made after Friday 21st Feb 2020

Cancellations and ‘no-shows’ that have paid will be charged the full registration fee.

All refunds will be paid on notification and after the conclusion of the conference.

All members must be current financial members to receive the discounted rates.
