How long does my membership last for?
The membership year for the OHNNG is renewed annually on the anniversary of the joining date. 

Can I apply to be a state or territory representative?
If you are an interested and financial member of the OHNNG, please contact us.

How do I sign into my OHNNG member profile account?
Simply click the "Member Login" button in the top right of the homepage, enter the email address you signed up with, or select "Forgot password" to reset your password.

How do I access members-only content?
The members-only area is available from the homepage. 

Can I update my details online?
Yes! Our platform allows members to update their contact details, communication, and payment preferences themselves. While logged in, click on the member login icon to change and add to your contact details.

Having trouble logging in to the site and / or registering for an event?
Every once in a while, a site will stop working; sometimes there's a difference between the version of a website cached—i.e., stored—on your computer and the version that you're loading from the web. Clearing the cache will fix it.

How do I clear cache on Google Chrome?
1/ From the menu bar of a Google Chrome window, click More (⋮). 2/Click More Tools, and select Clear Browsing Data. 3/ You'll be redirected to a pop-up window on Google Chrome's Settings page. Deselect Cookies and other site data (unless you want to clear your cookies), and then click Clear data.

How will I receive membership renewals?
OHNNG will send you an email to advise you that your membership renewal is approaching. You will have the option to pay via credit card or via EFT.

How do I change my credit card details?
Easy! Just log into your member profile and change.
